2. Digital Products

Non-Cancellable Nature of Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, they are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange. Once a digital product is purchased and delivered, it's considered final. This policy applies to all buyers, including those in the EU, in compliance with the EU's right of withdrawal regulations. We appreciate your understanding that the instant delivery and irretrievable nature of digital content make cancellations infeasible.

3. EU Right of Withdrawal

• Standard EU Withdrawal Rights: Buyers in the EU have the right to withdraw (cancel or return) an order within 14 days of delivery. This is a standard consumer right in the EU and is fully supported by our shop for eligible products.
• Exceptions for Digital Products: As per our policy on digital products, this right does not extend to digital items. We provide clear information on this exception at the point of sale to ensure transparency and compliance with EU regulations.
• Withdrawal Form and Terms: For eligible products, we include the required withdrawal form and outline any related terms and conditions. This ensures that you are fully informed about your rights and our procedures.
